Out in the marketplace, our technical personnel have a reputation for their extensive knowledge and hands on ability, from the largest newspaper to the smallest sheetfed printer. This depth of experience has come from years of working as printers or alternatively as scientists developing products for the printing industry. This fundamental understanding of the complexity of the printing process allows them to offer advice with respect to product application but extends to include troubleshooting advice and product training that customers can depend on.
